FAQs

What is the difference between a company secretary and company secretarial services?
A company secretary is an individual appointed to ensure compliance with company law. Our company secretarial services provide the same functions without needing to hire a full-time secretary.
Do all companies need a company secretary in the UK?
Private limited companies are not required to appoint a company secretary, but the statutory obligations still apply. Our services ensure compliance regardless of whether you have an appointed secretary.
What happens if I do not file a confirmation statement?
Late or missing filings can result in fines, penalties, and in severe cases, your company being struck off the register. Our team ensures all filings are done correctly and on time.
